Volunteer

For parents and caregivers (grandparents welcome too!), volunteering is a great way to connect with the Glencoe community and give back to the school. Volunteer events and sign-ups are managed through the Konstella app.

We need family members to share their time and their skills, there's something for everyone! Take 5 minutes and complete this interest form and tell us how you’d like to be involved.

What do volunteers do?

PTA Event Support

Support our family events and fundraisers. These are typically one-time commitments requiring just a few hours.

School Support

The PTA helps coordinate volunteers for school-wide needs, including one-time events like Field Day and Rainbow Run, plus ongoing help with admin support and grounds clean-up. We also need repeat volunteers for cafeteria tray washing, lost & found sorting, library book restocking, and before/after-school crossing guard duty.

Classroom Volunteering

Managed directly by teachers (think field trip chaperones, in-classroom help). These requests won't come through Konstella — they'll show up as a take-home form from your child or an email from your teacher.
