Konstella is a website and app used by the Glencoe PTA to communicate with families. It is our school directory, where you can message other families or your class, get contact info, sign up to volunteer for events, and receive announcements and reminders for upcoming PTA events and projects. Make sure you have your Konstella notifications turned on so you can stay up to date.
Portland Public Schools official information, including messages from Glencoe staff and the district, will come through the website / app ParentSquare. Be sure that you have your notifications turned on for text and/or email so you don’t miss important information from Portland Public Schools and Glencoe.
Glencoe Weekly Newsletter: This weekly newsletter comes out on Fridays on ParentSquare and includes lots of important information about what is happening at the school.
Think of ParentVUE like your student’s official PPS file. It’s a website and app where parents can see previous report cards, standardized test scores, special education documents, real-time grades (in high school) and more. As our kids get older, ParentVUE will be where we can find their class schedules, transcripts and updated grades.
This website is updated by PPS staff, and includes information about academics, schedules, lunch menus, bus routes, and more.
Classlink (also known as my.pps) is a portal that allows students to access all the educational apps their teacher and the district have vetted for them to use. Students will use this portal at school but can also access it at home. To access the portal, students can log in with either a classlink badge or their username and password. (Classlink badges are QR codes that younger grades can use to log in so they don’t have to type their login info.)
